Inspired by discovering the LND150, a DMOS FET that functions similarly to a triode and handles high voltages with ease, I couldn’t resist giving it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the results and wanted to share the process with fellow enthusiasts. This project was purely for the thrill of experimentation and the joy of discovery.
