Adding an ESP32, MQTT and more to the Arylic Amp

As a follow up to my original Arylic Up2Stream Amp overview, this is a complete build out with a rotary volume knob, local push buttons an OLED display and an ESP32 for full MQTT control and integration into Home Assistant.
