This video documents an 80km mobile rescue operation to save a heavy-duty truck with a severely damaged differential due to counterfeit lubricant.

We started the rescue early in the morning and traveled a long distance to reach the location of the breakdown. Upon inspection, the entire differential system was found to be severely damaged due to the use of counterfeit lubricant, resulting in overheating, metal wear, and complete failure.

After carefully considering repair costs, time, and reliability, both the owner and our mobile rescue team decided to replace the entire differential system with a brand-new unit, rather than attempting to replace individual internal components.

As a mobile truck rescue operation, this complete differential replacement was performed on-site, ensuring precise alignment, correct torque specifications, and new genuine lubricant before the vehicle was safely returned to service.
