32 Year Old Custom Steel Trawler that's LIKE NEW ... but is 50 feet too small??

Today we are looking at a trawler on the smaller end of the size spectrum that we are thinking for our next boat. It will be interesting to see if we can fit everything that we want in our next boat into 50'. This is a custom built steel trawler in incredible shape and barely broken in so if she checks all the boxes then it will be an incredible value for us.
