1952 Johnson Outboard sitting 47 years. Will it start? Part 1

Will it start? Will it Run? I honestly was surprised at what I found inside. I've never seen a carburetor quite like this. This engine has been sitting at least 47 years. I go through the process of figuring out what is wrong with it, and getting it ready to try starting it. Will I be successful?
