1 of 2: A BIG Shakeup in the RIPPA Dealer Network - Is Warranty in Question?

Recently, a copy of an email was sent to me by a few RIPPA dealers, that states they are no longer working with Energy Power Systems in Albany, GA and no longer offering machines or “After Sales Support” to EPS. A company choosing the cut ties with a particular vendor isn’t really earth shattering news, however, when it’s insinuated that the warranty support will also be cut, that causes a situation that deserves further clarity.

This is an informative video that I made to address the situation and explain my OPINION on what’s going on and what to do next. This video DOES NOT reflect the official position of Rippa Machinery, Energy Power Systems, or really anyone at all. It’s made purely for the consumer to try to inform them of the situation as I understand it. I am anxiously awaiting further clarification from Rippa as to the future of the after sales support provided to the customers.

While I have concerns with the future of the Chinese Machinery Market, I am infinitely more concerned with the customers who purchased products expecting some after sales support that may or may not happen now (at least through RIPPA directly). I’m sure that more will come out in the future, which I WILL UPDATE you on.

To be perfectly clear, I’m not saying there are issues with Rippa Machines, or that Rippa is intentionally leading customers astray, I’m just speaking about one isolated situation.
